Intake for Internal Data & Technology Audit

For organizations evaluating vendor proposals, AI tools, software platforms, or consulting engagements- and want independent, executive-level assessment before committing.  

Two sessions  |  $375 |  Online - In-person subject to geographic availability

 This appointment is for a one-on-one session with Sarah to review concerns around your internal data and technology operations—particularly whether your IT and data teams are aligned with leadership’s strategic goals, delivering measurable value, and operating with transparency. This intake is designed to surface governance gaps, resource inefficiencies, and areas where independent oversight may be helpful.

We may explore questions around enterprise architecture, metadata management, system fragmentation, and whether key assets—such as data sources, applications, and integrations—are properly inventoried and governed. We’ll also assess how well-positioned your organization is to leverage more advanced analytics or responsibly apply AI tools, based on the structure and maturity of your internal data environment.

Each intake appointment is held individually with the executive or leadership representative requesting the consultation.  As a baseline, we will do one additional session scheduled 1-3 weeks after the intake to go over anything that required more information and to discuss additional questions that may have come up as a result of the intake. Additional sessions or advisory services may be recommended depending on the complexity of your internal operations. Pricing for further engagements will be discussed following the intake.

Once the requested appointment is approved, you will be required to pay the appointment fee within 24 hours to secure your appointment. Your appointment may be cancelled if payment is not made. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $200 cancellation fee.
