Private initial appointment for CXOs or board members seeking overall data strategy, leadership alignment, governance, and oversight.

 This appointment is for a one-on-one session with Sarah to review your organization’s current data environment, leadership priorities, and specific concerns related to data governance, AI oversight, technology alignment, or internal capabilities. Building on our initial discovery call, this session will begin the process of identifying risks, policy gaps, and areas where targeted support and advisory services may be most valuable.

Each intake appointment is held individually with the executive or leadership representative requesting the consultation. Additional sessions or advisory services may be recommended depending on the complexity of your organization’s needs. Pricing for further engagements will be discussed following the intake.

This intake is appropriate for organizations seeking executive-level data leadership, strategic governance guidance, or cross-functional data oversight. If you are primarily concerned with vendor evaluation, you may wish to book a separate intake for Vendor Risk & Due Diligence or book a combined CDO and vendor risk intake.

Once the requested appointment is approved, you will be required to pay the appointment fee within 24 hours to secure your appointment. Your appointment may be cancelled if payment is not made. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $125 cancellation fee.
